MENU PLANNING
These menus are just a guideline for planning. We will be happy to accommodate any menu to satisfy your needs. To allow adequate preparation time, menus must be completed a minimum of two weeks in advance. To ensure the highest standards of service and cuisine, a la carte is not available for parties over fifteen. The guaranteed number of Guests is required one week in advance. From that point on Guests counts may only increase, they cannot decrease. |
CAPACITY
The River Oaks Club House offers a variety of rooms to accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. Whether a small Communion or a Wedding Reception for 175 guests, River Oaks can fulfill your needs.
PRICES AND GRATUITIES
All food and beverage prices are subject to 18% gratuity and applicable state sales tax. A room set up and break down charge may be applied for events requiring special arrangements or where established food and beverage services are not met. Prices are subject to change with market fluctuations.
TOTAL COORDINATION
The staff at River Oaks Club House is always available to assist you in planning your function. We would be happy to arrange for entertainment, dance floors, tents, linens, ice carvings, or any other special requirements.
